When you make purchases with a participating organization's card, that organization receives donations for all of your purchases. Carrying the card also helps to spread awareness about the organization's cause and allows you to show your support.
The card is issued by Capital One Bank (USA), N.A., and Capital One will service the account. This means you will have access to phone support, online account management, and all the other services Capital One provides its cardholders. The organization you support is a participant in the Capital One Card Lab Connect program.

The rewards on the card are earned in a similar way to other cash back rewards cards. A percentage of all purchases you make is put into a rewards account and is donated to your organization once per quarter. In addition, your organization will receive a $50 bonus contribution when you make the first purchase with your card.
Capital One will automatically transfer the cash rewards to your designated organization on a quarterly basis.
You will be sent a quarterly confirmation letter that lists each contribution made from your card.
Because we transfer your rewards once per quarter, you will be able to redeem your rewards for yourself only if you do so before we process the contribution.
Yes, you can transfer balances to a Capital One Card Lab Connect program card, but no rewards will be earned on transferred balances.

Each card can only support one organization. To support a second organization, you would have to apply for that organization's card or use any Capital One credit card to donate at our No Hassle Giving Site.
Return to the Capital One Card Lab Connect Web page of the organization you want to support, select your design, and click Apply Now.
If you like one of the card images on the organization's webpage, just select it and click Apply Now. If you'd like to create your own image card, select that option and you'll be able to upload your own image within the credit card application. In this case, your card will no longer display the organization's logo, but your donations will still be directed to the organization.
